Ask us anything
No. This rope is built with a reinforced PVC cord and a steel ball bearing system designed to reduce tension stress at the handles which is where most ropes break. It’s made to handle daily training, even on tougher surfaces like garage floors or concrete.
2. What makes the ball bearing system better?
The precision ball bearings allow the rope to rotate smoothly without twisting, kinking, or creating friction inside the handles.
3. Is this a speed rope?
Not exactly - and that’s intentional.
Ultra-light speed ropes can feel unstable and unforgiving, especially for boxing training. This rope has balanced weight - heavy enough for control and feedback, but light enough to perform double unders, footwork drills, and conditioning rounds.
It’s built for fighters, not CrossFit timing contests.
4. Can I use it on concrete?
Yes, but with smart use.
While it’s durable enough for outdoor sessions, using it on very rough concrete daily will wear down any rope over time. For maximum lifespan, we recommend rubber mats, gym flooring, or smooth pavement when possible.
5. Is the length adjustable?
Yes. The rope can be adjusted to fit different heights quickly. Whether you're 5'4" or 6'4", you can customise it for your preferred training length.
6. Is this suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. The balanced weight actually makes it easier to learn timing and rhythm compared to ultra-light ropes. It gives you feedback without feeling heavy.
Beginners appreciate the control.
Experienced boxers appreciate the smoothness.
